Menu Planning Monday

This weekend was busy! We didn't make it to all the events we were invited to so I apologize to Catrina and James for not being a your parties. I did manage to can green beans and make salsa on Saturday before we had to leave. My refrigerator and cabinets are starting to look a little bare so I think by next week, I am going to have to go grocery shopping. Here is the menu for this week:

Monday - Roasted Chicken, green beans, garlic butter potatoes
Tuesday - Chicken and broccoli fettuccine alfredo
Wednesday - Pot roast, potatoes, carrots
Thursday - Steak, baked zucchini, corn, side noodles
Friday - Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, green beans
Saturday - grilling with friends
Sunday - Chicken pot pie
